Benita passed away peacefully in September 2010. I thank her for everything she taught me every single day. I miss her, yet she remains with me.................
My reason for wriitng this book is to pass on the simple, life-changing informaition I learned from this wonderful woman.
I will soon be 64 years old, I am full-figured, excericse, take daily supplements and have the same energy now that I did at age 35.
Since I changed my lifestyle, I have lost 48 pounds, which is a side-benefit from eating better and exercising. I'll never be a size 0, nor would I want to, but I am healthy.
I want to share the simple steps I learned from my lovely friend about how to improve the quality of your life, as she helped me improve mine.
I am not a physcian nor a professional nurtiontional consultant. I am sharing the priceless gifts about better health that Benita left behind.
It is not how long we live that counts, but rather the quality of our lives when we are here.

Benita was my mentor and good friend.
From her I leanred that regardless of our age, we are able to improve our health simply by changing our choices.
Born in Austria in 1929, Benita was direct about her approach regarding the ability for each of us to take better care of our health.
Benita was a woman of intelligence, kindness , integrity, and pocessed an astute understanding of human nature to seek comfort in things that sometimes harm us.
In "New Over 50" by Marguerite Fair, you will go on a journey of information left behind by Benita. The book also tells of Benita's journey to America and is filled with never before seen photos of Benita.
